I referred my Dad to T&L because I had heard good things about them from several people. He took my advice and ended up knowing his sales guy, Gus, from 30 years ago! He already knew what he wanted for a vehicle and he is pretty particular about cars. Gus showed him a vehicle that was just what he asked for. He got a vehicle he loves and got to catch up with an old friend. That aside, he had a noise coming from the rear end a couple weeks later. The mechanic was obviously busy when my dad got there, but he stopped what he was doing and let my Dad explain what was happening. Any other mechanic would have told him it would be a few days or weeks to look at it! The guy knew exactly what it was just by what my Dad said and 5 minutes later he was on his way. I ?? that they took care of my Dad. Thanks T&L!
